Barrington High School field hockey team earns plenty of postseason awards

Ten players named to All State All Academic team

The Barrington High School field hockey team shared some great news at its year-end banquet recently. 

The Eagles earned a number of awards — 10 players were selected for the All State All Academic team and a handful of others earned All State and All Division honors. 

Roxana Mohammadi and Emma Mueller were named second team All State and first team All Division. Holly Moscrop earned second team All Division honors, and Shelby Gasbarro earned an honorable mention.

In addition, Alandra Viscioso was selected to the Division I All Rookie Team, and Addyson Whittet and Katie McAdams were named to the Division I All Tournament Team. 

The Eagles had 10 players earn a spot on the All State All Academic team: Addyson Whittet, Ava Anderson, Emma Mueller, Holly Moscrop, Katie McAdams, Paige Davignon, Primrose Anderson, Rijaa Fatima, Roxana Mohammadi and Sadie Stern.
