Was his truck too loud? Absolutely.

Was his TV always blaring? Yes.

Was he too loud when he played Xbox? Oh yes.

Did he spend way too much money? For sure.

But …

Ben loved with his whole heart and would do anything to help a friend, neighbor or family member.

He worked hard and played hard.

He enjoyed riding his grom, snowboarding, playing Xbox, hanging with friends and spending hours working on his truck with his cousin.

He never held a grudge and loved sharing a good joke.

Ben lived life his way and had no regrets, except maybe accidentally burning down a slide at the park when he was around 13.

With deepest sorrow, we announce that Benjamin (Ben) Andrew Cook, age 26, passed suddenly on Thursday, March 4, 2021.

There is a hole in our hearts that will never heal.

He left behind mom, Michelle (Dallaire) Medeiros, step-dad Henry Medeiros, brother James Cook, step-sister Jessica Medeiros, his beloved dogs, Caesar and Roxie, loving grandparents Grammie and Poppa Gibb (Nancy and Michael Gibbemeyer), grandfather Roland and Judie Dallaire and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Those who knew Ben, even just a little, lost a shining light in their lives.

We find peace knowing he will spend eternal life with his dad Jimmy Cook and his grandparents Fran and Roland Cook.

A celebration of life will be held on his 27th birthday, June 9th, at his home in Bristol.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the paramedics in Bristol and Warren in care of the Bristol or Warren fire departments.
