A caller requested to speak to an officer at 1:25 p.m. about an unwanted person entering a building on Franklin Street during the early hours of Saturday morning.
A male was reported sleeping in a chair on Metacom Avenue at 9:37 p.m.; he was transported to the RIPTA bus stop at Hope and State Streets.
Tuesday, Jan. 28
Police investigated a suspicious vehicle on Thames Street at 1:59 a.m.
At 10:38 p.m. a male walked into the police station asserting that there is an Apple airtag somewhere on his vehicle, tracking him.
Michael E. Brum, 54, of 118 Church Street Apt. 2 was charged with disorderly conduct after a caller reported a man yelling at others on Church Street at 10:57 p.m.

A caller complained of a hunter in a tree stand on Elmwood Drive at 9:17 a.m.
Thursday, Jan. 30
Police investigated a liquor law violation on Metacom Ave. at 6:15 p.m.
Friday, Jan. 31
An Elmwood Drive resident called at 10:25 a.m. to complain that her neighbor is throwing recycling into her bin.
A fireworks complaint was made on Manchester Street at 10:46 p.m.
Saturday, Feb. 1
Brian A. Authelet, 33, of East Providence was charged with reckless driving and other offenses against public safety and resisting arrest at 1:23 p.m.
Police investigated a complaint at 4:16 p.m. about possible stolen trail cams, which were last seen moving around the Tower Street area an hour earlier.
A caller complained of an unwanted party at their residence on Bradford Street at 4:26 p.m.

Police investigated a complaint about the larceny of a hunting tree stand on Tower Street at 10 a.m.
