Shaylon Brianna Judd, 30, of 45 Yale Ave., Apt. 2RE, Providence, was charged with passing counterfeit bills, and larceny between $1,500 and $5,000. The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Portsmouth Police Department’s Detective Division, which established enough probable cause to issue an arrest warrant for Judd, police said. Members of the R.I. Violent Fugitive Task Force took Judd into custody at her home shortly after 7 a.m. She was later transferred to the Portsmouth Police Department, where she was processed and transported to 2nd District Court for her arraignment.

Clayton Edward Frable, 58, of 999 Green End Ave., Middletown, was charged with possessing illegal weapons other than firearms, after being pulled over at 2461 East Main Road around 3:40 p.m. “As a result of a traffic stop for an observed seat belt violation, officers observed several large prohibited weapons within his immediate grabbing and reaching distance,” police said.

According to police, Janes left the scene and was later located by Middletown Police.

Taquala A. Wigginton, 28, of 1950 Village Green S, Apt.
