A new flavor of food festival is on the menu in Providence later this month. From March 27 to 30, the Providence Culinary Collective, alongside the inaugural Rhode Island Wine Experience, features a standout collection of events, signature tastings, specially curated paired dinners, classes and more honoring the city’s culinary legacy.

There will be a mix of food and wine experiences throughout the city for food enthusiasts of all tastes, from casual foodies to culinary connoisseurs.

Highlights include:

  • Guest Chef Dinners: Savor dishes from nationally recognized chefs at collaborative dinners with local chefs at some of the city’s top restaurants, benefiting a charitable cause.
  • Exclusive Tastings: Sample small bites at "Foodcraft: An Evening of Global Flavors, Locally Made," a marketplace and tasting presented by Hope & Main and its diverse array of makers, featuring live music by local musicians.
  • Food Truck Festivities: Discover local cuisine at this gathering of food trucks brought to you by FoodTrucksIn.
  • Chef’s Choice Classes: Sharpen your skills in this hands-on cooking experience, learning directly from the expert culinarians at Johnson & Wales University, one of the top culinary schools in the nation.
  • Exclusive Wine Experiences: Indulge in the finest wines at the Grand Tasting and Vintners Dinner, allowing acclaimed chefs and sommeliers to pair the perfect pour with each dish.
  • Celebrity Chef Appearances: Meet Mary Ann Esposito, cookbook author, chef and host of nationally televised PBS series "Ciao Italia with Mary Ann Esposito," at Uncorking the Future, the culinary and wine fundraising event presented by Rhode Island PBS and The Public’s Radio.

Many of the events require tickets or registration in advance. Get all the details and the full schedule of events here.
