Differently Abled Inclusive Arts & Crafts Class - 1/11 SAT 10AM

Join us for a special art class designed to be inclusive and fun for all! On Saturday, January 11 from 10-11am, come explore your creativity with arts, painting and crafts. This class is open to differently abled students (7-18 yrs old), providing a welcoming environment where creativity knows no bounds. Space is limited to 10 students, preregistration is required.

High school students are also welcome to assist and earn community service hours—volunteer shifts are available from 9:45 to 11:45am. Interested in volunteering? Call us at (401) 782-1018.

Jim McGaw

A lifelong Portsmouth resident, Jim graduated from Portsmouth High School in 1982 and earned a journalism degree from the University of Rhode Island in 1986. He's worked two different stints at East Bay Newspapers, for a total of 18 years with the company so far. When not running all over town bringing you the news from Portsmouth, Jim listens to lots and lots and lots of music, watches obscure silent films from the '20s and usually has three books going at once. He also loves to cook crazy New Orleans dishes for his wife of 25 years, Michelle, and their two sons, Jake and Max.
