Drug charges, forgery, DUIs top Portsmouth Police report

PORTSMOUTh — Here are the most recent arrests reported by the Portsmouth Police Department:

Friday, Feb. 7

Ashley Dos Santos, 28, of 83 Fortin Ave., Apt. 1, Pawtucket, was charged with forgery and counterfeiting; and larceny of under $1,500. The arrest was a result of an investigation by the department’s Detective Division, which issued an arrest warrant for Dos Santos. She was arrested at her home without incident by the R.I. Violent Fugitive Task Force at 6:40 a.m.

Zachary Mason Bidlack, 19, of 75 Bayview Park, Middletown, was charged with driving after his license had been denied/revoked/suspended for certain violations, first offense. Bidlack was pulled over on East Main Road at Bradley Terrace around 9 a.m. because both the vehicle’s driver’s side and passenger’s side stop lamps were not functioning, police said. 

Alexandra L. Levesque, 37, of 22 Summit Road, was charged with driving after her license had been suspended/revoked/canceled, her fourth offense. Her vehicle was stopped on Chase Road shortly before 6 p.m. because it failed to maintain its lane of travel, and committed roadway violations, according to police. 

Saturday, Feb. 8

Brittney Joy Thibeault-Goldade, 37, of 136 Hopeworth Ave., Bristol, was charged with driving under the influence (DUI), first offense. Her vehicle was pulled over on West Main Road at Bradford Avenue around 1:35 a.m. for a motor vehicle infraction, police said. Thibeault-Goldade was also cited for refusal to submit to a chemical test, police said.

Lauren Nicole Frost, 32, of 43 Greenfield Ave., was charged with DUI, first offense, after being stopped on East Main Road at Martens Road at about 8:40 p.m.

Monday, Feb. 10

Xavier A. Hendricks, 22, of 197 Meetinghouse Road, Mashpee, Mass., was arrested on several drug charges after being pulled over on West Main Road at King Charles Drive at about 2:40 a.m. Officers developed probable cause to search the vehicle and Hendricks was subsequently charged with the following, according to police: manufacturing/delivering/possessing with the intent to manufacture/deliver a controlled substance, first offense; and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Hendricks was held at the police station before being transported to 2nd Division District Court in Newport for his arraignment.
