Michael L. Millington, 42, of 13 Donna Drive, was arrested on numerous charges after officers responded to his home shortly before 2:30 a.m. in response to a report of a domestic argument, police said. Millington allegedly took the cell phone belonging to the victim, a 53-year-old woman who lives in Dudley, Mass., according to police. When they arrived to the scene, Millington was observed quickly heading toward the back yard, police said. After a search of the area, officers found Millington about three blocks away, and later found the cell phone, police said. Millington was charged with domestic simple assault/battery, his third offense; domestic disorderly conduct; and larceny under $1,500.

At about 9:30 p.m., an officer observed a vehicle traveling northbound on Route 24 near Sprague Street. The driver was following too closely to another car, improperly changing lanes, and drifting between lane dividers, which prompted the officer to stop the vehicle, according to police. An 8-year-old was also in the vehicle, and officers said Maraglia displayed multiple signs of alcohol impairment, according to police.
