Students shoot some buckets for a worthy cause
Students at the Hugh Cole Elementary School held their annual "Kids Heart Challenge" basketballl fundraiser for the American Heart Association in recent days. The kids had some fun shooting baskets while helping a worthwhile cause.
The Kids Heart Challenge is a community service opportunity designed to learn about the importance of making healthy choices to take care of their hearts.
Hugh Cole pupils aren't done trying to help. Some will also participate in another Heart Association charity event, a "Kids Heart Challenge" jump rope competition on May 7.
