Imago exhibit showcases "Wish You Were Here" postcard art

Imago Foundation for the Arts (IFA) has resumed its regular exhibition schedule with a multi-faceted exhibit featuring “Wish You Were Here” postcard art that has been sent from as far away as Canada and South Korea and as near as downtown Warren, as well as the artwork of IFA artists and guests. To date, more than 170 art postcards have been submitted to “Wish You Were Here” by over 80 artists. Additional postcards will be added to the exhibit as they arrive over the next few weeks. Presented at both at Imago Gallery at 36 Market Street and on-line at imagofoundation4art.org, the exhibit will also highlight artwork by three IFA artists: Mary Dondero, Amy Sutherland and Howard Windham (whose cut paper collage “Just Like a Woman” is pictured) and guest artist Ken Salome, a photographer, who was presented with the People’s Choice Award during IFA’s recent open community exhibit, “Out with the Old, In with the New.
