Is a cell tower complete with chain link fence/concertina wire and diesel fuel tanks in a rural town on a Massachusetts Heritage Landscape near private and historic homes, driveways, laneways, wetlands, historic farms, cemeteries, stone walls en route to beaches, boating, fishing, and right on the edge of a road that was once a Native American Indian trail and then a path to drive cattle the best location for this hazardous eyesore?
