Thanks and a tip of the hat to Westport Shorelines this week for their extensive coverage of Westport's Annual Town Meeting, June 5. If you couldn't go, at least you can read what went on. And lots did.
We can't get this level of detail anywhere else. The big regionals have been gutted. A democracy needs unbiased news sources. To quote the Talking Politics column in the same edition, "research has found that government is worse off when local news suffers". Support Westport Shorelines. Subscribe. For the sake of our town!
