Outdoor concert series welcomes 'girl with the golden voice'

Grab your lawn chairs, blankets and the family for this year's Hunter Music Series.  Kim Trusty, a local singer and guitarist, will perform at the Lippitt House Museum gardens on August 14. The public is invited to enjoy Trusty's fusion of jazz, soul and roots music among the historic backdrop of the Providence landmark.  Tickets are $8 in advance, $10 day of at lippitthouse.org, and free for kids under 12. 

WHAT:  Hunter Music Series hosts local artist Kim Trusty 

WHERE:  Lippitt House Museum grounds: 199 Hope Street, Providence, RI 

WHEN:  Sunday, August 14 at 4-5pm; grounds open at 3:30pm

TICKETS:  Visit www.lippitthouse.org for tickets. $8 in advance, $10 day of and free admission for guests under 12 years old
