Letter: Little martyrs, over and over again

Posted

The priests, sheriffs, and politicians all gathered in prayer

Practiced in the art of condolence,

assuring survivors they care

Goodbye to the children, again

Martyred for the 2nd amendment devotee

And praise to God for the miracle, for more it could’ve been

Strong armed men can now go free

it’s a price they are willing to let the children pay

surely our sympathies will protect the family,

until the next day
