The Barrington Town Council recently approved a second hand dealer license to Carolyn Gloster, who plans to open a new business in the Kent Street shopping plaza.
The Golden Sparrow will reportedly serve as a home and clothing consignment boutique. The Golden Sparrow will join a handful of other shops in the plaza, including an art studio and a music instruction studio.
Council president Michael Carroll said the council approved the license application for The Golden Sparrow without much debate.
