Nonfiction@Brown lecture series: Diana Khoi Nguyen, Lyrical Prose, and the Intimacy of a Sentence

Poet and multimedia artist Diana Khoi Nguyen presents her work on October 5 at 6 PM at Brown University, PVD (location TBA go.brown.edu/nonfiction_now). This event is free and open to the public!

Poet and multimedia artist Diana Khoi Nguyen was born and raised in California. She earned a BA in English and Communication Studies from UCLA, an MFA from Columbia University, and a PhD from the University of Denver. She is the author of the chaplet _Unless_ (Belladonna*, 2019) and debut poetry collection, _Ghost Of_ (Omnidawn Publishing, 2018). Currently, she teaches creative writing at Randolph College Low-Residency MFA and is an Assistant Professor at the University of Pittsburgh.

This event is part of the Nonfiction@Brown lecture series, an annual lecture series that celebrates the diverse voices that define this ever-more-popular and relevant genre. Our series honors working writers in various nonfiction genres, including literary reportage, lyric essay, personal essay, creative nonfiction, podcasting, journalism, and biography, amongst many others.
