PORTSMOUTH — A 37-year-old Portsmouth man was arrested last week after allegedly throwing an object at a moving vehicle, according to police.
Officers responded to a Shell gas station in Middletown shortly after noon on Thursday, March 16, after receiving a report of a road rage incident that had begun in Portsmouth and continued into Middletown, police said.
After an investigation and using eyewitness testimony, Tyler W. Ottilige, 37, of 152 Riverside St., was charged with reckless driving and throwing articles at moving vehicles while in the jurisdiction of Portsmouth Police, police said.

Sunday, March 12
Robert Christopher Laureanno, 52, of 3030 East Main Road, was arrested on a Tiverton Police affidavit warrant following a motor vehicle stop on East Main Road around 4:20 p.m.
Monday, March 13
Adalto Ribeiro Pinto, 33, of 17 Fairmount St., Everett, Mass., was charged with driving under the influence (DUI), first offense; and DUI with a child passenger under the age of 13, first offense. The arrest took place following a motor vehicle stop on West Main Road at Mill Lane at about 1:10 a.m., according to police.
Saturday, March 18
Dennis Anthony Almeida, Jr., 37, of 141 Church St., Apt. 1, New Bedford, was charged with DUI, first offense, shortly after 1 a.m. According to police, officers observed Almeida committing a laned roadway violation before pulling into the parking lot at 2628 East Main Road, where he proceeded to urinate. Almeida was also cited for refusing a chemical test, police said.
Armand St. Laurent III, of no permanent address, was arrested on a 2nd District Court bench warrant after being pulled over for speeding on Wapping Road at about 8:40 a.m., police said. He was held at police headquarters before being transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions in Cranson.
