PORTSMOUTH — Stone Bridge Marina, which includes 44 slips, retail space and a three-bedroom living space, has been sold for $1.1 million.

Stonebridge Marina LLC sold the property at 17 Point Road to Stone Bridge Holdings LLC on April 13, according to Lila Delman Real Estate International.

“The property had received a great deal of attention when listed for sale as it was the only marina available in the state of Rhode Island,” the real estate company stated in a press release.

Lila Delman Real Estate sales associate Gregory Arakelian was the listing agent and buyer facilitator in the transaction. Mr. Arakelian described the property as an “underutilized asset with three-income streams and the eastern-most residence on Aquidneck Island, providing unobstructed north, east and southern waterfront views.

“The Stone Bridge Marina is a close driving proximity to Boston, and easy access from Sakonnet River to world-class yachting destinations like Newport, Martha’s Vineyard and Block Island.”

The three-bedroom residence was built in 2004. With high ceilings and large bay windows, it “commands the best waterfront view of any residence on the island,” states the press release.

Stonebridge Shellfish Co. is housed in the building’s bottom floor.
