Sandra A. Rodrigues, 64, of Warren passed away peacefully in Providence, R.I. on Monday, Nov. 2, 2020. She spent the last 32 years of her life with her companion, Paul Lopes.

Raised in Bristol, she was the daughter of Eleanor (Pagano) Rodrigues and the late Raymond J. Rodrigues, Sr.

Sandy graduated from Bristol High School and was a member of the Class of 1975. She later went on to earn her associate’s degree in Mortuary Sciences from the New England Institute of Anatomy, Sanitation Science, Embalming and Funeral Directing in 1977. Sandra was the co-owner of Rod’s Grille in Warren, R.I. for over 30 years.

In addition to her mother Eleanor and her companion Paul, Sandy also leaves behind her brother, Raymond J. Rodrigues, Jr. (Adeline); her nieces, Ashley Colella (Charles) and Meghan Rodrigues (Fabio Lopes); and the many people in the community whose lives she touched in many ways.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, Nov.r 6, 2020, at 10 a.m. inside St. Elizabeth Church, 577 Wood St. Bristol, R.I. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Bristol, R.I. Visiting hours and flowers are respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name can be made to Wigs for Kids, 24231 Center Ridge Rd., Westlake, OH 44145. Or to Warren Animal Hospital, 581 Metacom Ave, Warren, RI 02885.
