PORTSMOUTH — Police arrested and charged two local men with assault last week.

Sanfilippo was charged with simple assault, and later issued a no-contact order with the victim, police said.

At about 6:15 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 16, officers responded to 24 Hargraves Drive to investigate a report of a domestic disturbance.
