Warming centers open in East Providence

The following locations are available as warming centers in East Providence:

  • East Providence Senior Center, 610 Waterman Ave. (Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
  • Riverside Library, 475 Bullocks Point Ave. (Monday and Wednesday 12-8 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.)
  • Weaver Library, 41 Grove Ave. (Monday - Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; Friday - Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Sunday, 1-5 p.m.



If you are in need of transportation to any of the warming center locations, OR in need of assistance after hours, please call non-emergency police and fire: 401-435-7600 or stop by the police or fire stations.
