Yoga for All on Third Beach

The Sacred Center is back for our 13th season of offering accessible, affordable, inclusive community yoga on the beautiful sands of Third Beach in Middletown, RI. This Summer you can join Rev Shelley on Tuesdays at 6 PM or Lori Silvia Saturdays at 7:30 AM. Classes are 1 hour, parking is free in the resident lot, class cost is PWYW (pay what you wish) suggested range is $10-$20. No registration needed, just drop in. No one will be excluded due to cost, this is yoga for all. Please bring a big thick blanket to practice on, no yoga mat. Any weather-related cancellations (high winds or rain) are posted on our website 1 hour before class. Please check the website before heading down. Namaste:)
