Beatrice (Arruda) Cabral, 80, of Tiverton, passed away on December 5, 2020, after a brief illness with COVID. She was the loving wife of the late Clifford Cabral. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Marianna and John Arruda.

Mrs. Cabral was employed as a master seamstress until her retirement in her early 50’s. Beatrice loved to roller skate and dance at Lincoln Park. She was an avid knitter and made beautiful clothes for her family and friends. She enjoyed camping with her beloved husband Cliff and searched for treasures at yard sales on the weekends.

She is survived by her sisters, Helen Dias and Theresa Felteau; and her brother, Herman S. Arruda; her stepchildren, Amy Berry, Kimberley Cabral, Clifford, Mark, Keith and Eric Cabral; as well as nine step grandchildren and three great step grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased by sisters Marianna McCarthy, Mary Zurowski and Georgianna Thibault; and her brothers, Manuel S. Arruda, John S. Arruda, Anthony S. Arruda, Louis S. Arruda, and Joseph S. Arruda.

There will be a celebration of life sometime in the Fall of 2021; those interested in attending, please email cliffandbeacabralcelebration@gmail.com

He also loves to cook crazy New Orleans dishes for his wife of 25 years, Michelle, and their two sons, Jake and Max.
