PORTSMOUTH — Here are some recent arrests made by the Portsmouth Police Department:

Monday, Nov. 25

Robert Christopher Laureanno, 53, of 3030 East Main Road, was charged with domestic violation of a protective order, his third offense; and domestic disorderly conduct. Laureanno was arrested after he entered the police station shortly before 11 a.m. to speak about a domestic incident that had occurred the previous day, according to police. He was wanted on a 24-hour domestic pickup that was initiated around 4 p.m. on Nov. 24, police said. Laureanno was transported to 2nd District Court in Newport after being booked. The victim was a 58-year-old woman who lives in Portsmouth, according to police.

Wednesday, Nov. 27

Matthew James Freitas, 39, of 51 Hooper St., Tiverton, was charged with violating a protective order. According to police, Freitas had contacted a 37-year-old Portsmouth woman by telephone, which violated a protection order issued by Newport Family Court. Freitas turned himself in at the police station around 11:30 a.m., and was later transported to 2nd District Court in Newport for his arraignment.

Jordan N. Seale, 18, of 15 Candy Court, was charged with obstructing an officer in execution of duty. Officers responded to an East Main Road home in the north end of town shortly before 10 p.m. to investigate a report of a highly intoxicated and unconscious man, police said. When officers arrived, they found a large party with all attendees under the age of 21, police said. While obtaining information from everyone there, Seale provided a false name multiple times, according to police. 

Thursday, Nov. 28

Ciera Modupe Omos, 30, of 10 Fish Road, Tiverton, was charged with driving under the influence (DUI), first offense, shortly after midnight. Omos was pulled over on King Charles Drive after her vehicle was observed swerving within its travel lane and committing multiple roadway violations, police said. Omos was also cited for refusing to submit to a chemical test, police said. 

Raymond Donald Coderre, 63, of 31 Hanson St., Fall River, was charged with DUI, first offense. His vehicle was stopped on East Main Road around 6:10 p.m. after it was seen committing numerous roadway violations, police said. He was also cited for refusing a chemical test.

Friday, Nov. 29

Lizeth Anani Reyes, 27, of 478 Der-Vartanian St., was arrested on weapons charges after responding to her home around 7:15 p.m. to investigate a report of a domestic disturbance. After officers arrived, they found Reyes after searching the area, and discovered she had a loaded firearm and brass knuckles in her possession, according to police. She was charged with carrying a pistol without a license or permit, and illegal possession of a weapon other than a firearm.

Saturday, Nov. 30

Mynor Adan Arevalo Samayoa, 32, of 216 Hillside Ave., Attleboro, Mass., was charged with DUI. His vehicle was pulled over on Route 24 northbound at Cedar Island shortly after 5 p.m. for speeding and erratically changing lanes, police said.
