PORTSMOUTH — Alex Silva sent his teammates and fans home happy Tuesday afternoon.

A member of the Portsmouth Middle School unified basketball team, Alex sank a jumper right before the buzzer sounded to give the home team a 32-30 victory over Tiverton.
