WARREN — Rains may have poured down on Frerichs Farm last weekend, but it didn't dampen the spirits of those who still attended the 2024 Ocean State Bluegrass Festival held there September 20-22.

Presented by the Rhode Island
Bluegrass Alliance, the festival still played on. The fifth annual event is held with generous support from The Carter Fund at the Rhode Island Foundation.

Sunday's events included a discussion on playing techniques and jam among those players who pretended.
