Bristol arrests: Domestic, disorderly, DUI

The Bristol Police Department made the following arrests last week:

Conceição Medeiros, 52, of 2 Lindberg Ave., Bristol, was arrested on a 6th District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for sentencing on a previous domestic vandalism charge. Police arrested Mr. Medeiros after they had been called to the Bank Five on Metacom Avenue just before 10 a.m. on April 3 for reports of an employee theft.

Joseph W. Arruda, 26, of 22 Lincoln Ave., Apt. 3, Bristol, was charged with disorderly conduct after police pulled over a car car for allegedly speeding at Ferry Road and Griswold Avenue at 8:30 p.m.

Michael M. Simoes, 28, of 71 Barnum St., Bristol, was charged with driving under the influence, second offense, after being pulled over on Metacom Avenue at 9 a.m. April 5.

Diane M. Coelho, 51, of 4 Zompa Road, Barrington, was charged with DUI and refusal to submit to a chemical test, both second offenses, after an accident at Hope Street and Dolly Drive at 1:30 p.m. on April 5. One driver was brought to Newport Hospital with unspecified injuries.

Calvin Bouchard, 22, of 683 Fish Road, Tiverton, was charged with cyberstalking on April 6.

Tomas Lastor, 31, of 103 Aversion Ave., Providence, was arrested April 8 on a 6th District Court bench warrant for failure to appear at a pretrial conference.

Juan Mercado, 23, of 39 Bourne St., #3F, Bristol, was charged with violating a protective order.
Brendon David Kline, 18, of 648 Main St., Warren, was charged with domestic assault.

Tammy A. Francoeur, 52, of 124 Millers Lane, Somerset, Mass., was charged with DUI, .15 or greater, on Metacom Avenue at 11:30 p.m.
