Speak-Out: It’s Police Department’s fault calls are ‘unfounded’

I’m just reading the Bristol Phoenix from May 25, 2016, and all I keep seeing is that the police keep going on the complaints of different things but they never seem to be there on time to find out, and it’s always unfounded, unfounded. Maybe they take too long to come to the problem, and maybe they don’t get out of their vehicle and look around, or whatever it is. But it is utterly ridiculous that they are continually saying it’s unfounded. IT WOULDN’T BE UNFOUNDED IF THEY CAME ON TIME.
