Bristol arrests: DUI, domestic assault, drug possession, and more

The Bristol Police Department made the following arrests:

William K. Flowers, 37, of 29 Sowams Drive, Bristol, was arrested on a Warren Police warrant. He was taken into custody on Metacom Avenue just before 1:30 a.m. Oct. 24.

Charles James Welshman, 35, of 1086 Hope St., Bristol, was charged with possession of narcotics on Roosevelt Drive at 3:30 a.m. Oct. 27.

Matthew J. Thurber, 23, of Verndale Circle, Bristol, was charged with domestic assault, domestic disorderly conduct and refusal to relinquish a telephone.

In other local cop news, a Bristol man is charged with exposing himself to a drive-thru employee

Joshua T. Andrews, 19, of 10 Monkey Wrench Lane, Bristol, was charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, and Isabella M. Oliver, 18, of 40 Green St., Portsmouth, was charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and obstructing an officer after police were called to the Monkey Wrench Lane home for a request to remove an unwanted person.

Corey D. Rogers, 29, of 16 Prospect St., Bristol, was arrested Oct. 29 on a 6th District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court on a previous charge of violating a no contact order.

Justin Bradley, 22, of 1465 Hooksett Road, Apt. 169, Hookset, NH, was charged with driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test. He was arrested after an accident with injuries on Metacom Avenue at 11:30 p.m. Oct. 29.
