Oldport Marine water taxi will run from Perrotti Park to Fort Adams — $5 one-way or $10 round-trip. Hundreds of bike racks will be available.

About the film

From the highest mountains to the darkest depths and everything in, under, among, and in between — the ocean is directly linked to ourselves and the world around us.

Through an artistic film and a documentary, 11th Hour Racing explores the relationship between athletes who continually push themselves to the edge and the environment they are immersed in. The art film has an almost meditative rhythm and flow that aligns with the state of mind achieved when you are fully present. The documentary is a collection of personal stories told by the film’s producers and athletes, underscoring their connections to the ocean and how their lives have been shaped by water.

Through a seamlessly interconnected dance represented through sailing, freediving, and skiing, both films inspire, challenge, and engage all of us to think about our world and actions with a fresh perspective never seen before. Shaped by Water brings together internationally renowned freediver and 11th Hour Racing ambassador Zandile Ndhlovu (ZAF), world-champion freeskier and Protect Our Winters Alliance athlete Jess Hotter (NZL), and professional offshore sailors, 11th Hour Racing Team (USA) — all of whom will attend the live screening.

“Shaped by Water” is produced by 11th Hour Racing and presented in collaboration with Protect Our Winters.
