Posted

Throughout December, get a glimpse of Christmas past at Linden Place Mansion’s Candlelight Tour. As you stroll through the decorated mansion rooms of the 1810 Federal home, you will learn all about the five generations of the DeWolf-Colt families who lived there and how Christmas was celebrated in Bristol in the 19th and early 20th centuries.

During the one-hour guided tour, you are surrounded by elegant decorations on every mantle and in every nook and cranny, a towering Christmas tree in the Gothic conservatory, all candlelit for the perfect holiday feel. Tours are $12, $10 for seniors and students on Thursday, Dec. 22, and Thursday, Dec. 29.
