Barrington students perform ‘Chicago: Teen Edition’

Get ready to tap your toes and snap your fingers because the stage is set for a whirlwind of song, dance, and all that jazz when Arts Alive! presents "Chicago: Teen Edition.”

Student actors will transport the audience to the sizzling streets of 1920s Chicago.

"Chicago: Teen Edition" brings a fresh spin to the beloved classic, tailor-made for the young, the young-at-heart, and everyone in between,” stated a recent press release.

“Under the dazzling direction of our seasoned theater professionals, our talented cast of Rhode Island teens is ready to shine brighter than the city lights.”

Shows are set for May 18 and 19 at Barrington Middle School auditorium. 

"We're thrilled to bring the glitz and glam of 'Chicago' to the stage,” said Arts Alive! Artistic Director Dena Davis. "This isn't just a show—it's an experience. We've worked tirelessly to ensure that audiences are in for a night they won't soon forget."
