Today we publish the Barrington Times, Warren Times-Gazette, Bristol Phoenix, East Providence Post, Sakonnet Times (covering Tiverton and Little Compton, R.I.), Portsmouth Times and Westport Shorelines. We also publish the East Bay Classifieds, which is inserted into all the weekly newspapers.

The company dates back to 1837, when the Bristol Phoenix was founded by William H. S. Bayley. The present ownership took over in 1929, when Roswell S. Bosworth Sr. became the fourth editor and publisher. Matt Hayes, the current owner and publisher, is the third generation in the family to run the company.
