Barrington is not the only community that will be voting on a multi-million dollar school construction bond on Tuesday, Nov. 7.

According to Rhode Island Department of Education Communications Director Victor Morente, Barrington is one of seven communities whose residents will be voting on school construction bonds:

• Barrington — $250 million to renovate and resize three elementary schools and the high school.

• Bristol Warren — $200 million to build a new high school and renovate other schools

• Middletown — $190 million to build a new combined middle and high school and make repairs and improvements to other schools

• North Kingstown — $167.46 million to build a new middle school, combining Davisville and Wickford middle schools; North Kingstown residents will also vote on a $55 million bond to build a new public safety complex

• East Greenwich — $150 million to build a new elementary school and a PreK and kindergarten learning center and renovate two elementary schools and the high school 

• Cumberland — $52 million to build a new elementary school

• Lincoln — $25 million to renovate four elementary schools; residents will also vote on a $14 million bond to build a new rescue center
