Barrington Police received multiple phone calls at about 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 19 for a man who was walking near traffic on the Wampanoag Trail near Primrose Hill Road.

Officers responded and located the man. Police said he appeared to be intoxicated. Police said the man then began acting aggressively toward police and took a fighting stance.
