The Rhode Island Turnpike and Bridge Authority jazzed up the Mt. Hope Bridge for the coming Memorial Day holiday, as seen here Saturday night. If you look closely at right, the Pell Bridge far down the bay got the same red, white and blue patriotic treatment.
