PORTSMOUTH — Competing against the state’s best on Saturday, athletes from Portsmouth High School turned in a series of standout performances at the Rhode Island indoor track and field championships held at Providence Career & Technical Academy, with both the boys and girls teams scoring key points across distance, field, and relay events.
The boys team finished tied for 14th overall with 11 points, led by a strong distance showing from senior Sean Gray.
