Posted

Coastal Neighbors Network, which provides in-home services for seniors in Westport and Dartmouth, will tour eight gardens in South Dartmouth’s historic Russells Mills Village Wednesday, June 14, with a rain date the following Wednesday, June 21. Morning and afternoon self-guided walking tours are available, and many of the gardens on the tour have never been open to the public before.

Tickets are $35 each and spots are by reservation only. The number is limited so reserve yours early by visiting the Coastal Neighbors Network website. The morning tour runs from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and the afternoon tour from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. A printed tour guide (your ticket) will be issued to all registered guests upon check-in at 1073 Russells Mills Road, where guests will park their cars. A shuttle service will be available at the end of the tour to bring guests back to their vehicles.

This year, there are a variety of sponsorship opportunities available for businesses as well as individuals who wish to honor someone or celebrate the memory of a loved one. For more information, contact sarahvanvleck@yahoo.com.
All sponsors will be recognized in promotional material and at the event.

Coastal Neighbors Network is a membership-based, non-profit organization focused on enabling people to “age in place” independently and actively. Established in 2017, the organization is one of a rapidly growing network of Villages across the country providing one-to-one services and group events — as well as a breadth of information and support from the board of directors, vetted volunteers, and preferred providers so Dartmouth and Westport members can stay connected to their community and live comfortably.
