Missing kayaker is from Warwick; kayak found near RICC property

First responders were searching the waters off Barrington Beach for a missing kayaker on Sunday night, Feb. 25.

According to a source, the missing kayaker is out of Warwick, and the Barrington Fire Department located the kayak in the water near the Rhode Island Country Club property.

A Coast Guard search helicopter has been spotted flying low to the ground in the area of the Alfred Drown neighborhood, Nayatt Point and Rumstick.
