Waterfront lot sells for $1.15 million on Mathewson Road

A .75-acre lot on Mathewson Road in Barrington recently sold for more than $1 million.

According to a press release from Residential Properties Ltd., 11 Mathewson Road sold recently for $1.15 million, which is reportedly the highest land sale ever recorded on Mathewson Road. The release also stated that the transaction marked the highest land sale in Barrington since March 2023. 

The waterfront lot includes views of Barrington Harbor, Barrington Yacht Club and other points south. It includes a deep-water dock and 128 feet of water frontage on the harbor. 

Residential’s Nancy Weaver represented the buyer in this transaction.
