Bristol condo sells for $2 million

Residential Properties Ltd. (RPL) recently announced the sale of 345 Thames St., Unit #210N in Bristol for $2 million. RPL Sales Associate Kris Chwalk and RPL Sales Associate Morgan Lowis represented the seller in this transaction. Alice Sheerin of Teri Degnan RE & Consulting represented the buyer.

According to State-Wide MLS data, this is the fourth-highest Condominium sale in the state year to date. It is also the fourth-highest Condominium sale in Bristol history and fourth-highest sale ever at Stone Harbour.

A lifelong Portsmouth resident, Jim graduated from Portsmouth High School in 1982 and earned a journalism degree from the University of Rhode Island in 1986.
