Monday, Feb. 12
A Wood Street resident called police at 12:15 p.m., claiming their mother was harassing them.
A Roosevelt Drive resident reported a Facebook Marketplace scam to police at 2:44 p.m.
Police responded to Wood Street for the report of a disturbance at 4:45 p.m.
A caller reported at 6:15 p.m. that upon finishing their workout at Bristol Total Fitness on Metacom Avenue, they found one of their car windows was smashed and items had been stolen.
Tuesday, Feb. 13
A dog bite was reported on Greenway Drive at 12:13 p.m.
Police spoke to a loud person on Woodlawn Avenue at 2:57 p.m. after they received a noise complaint.
Wednesday, Feb. 14
Authorities checked on a report of a smell of gas in the area of Peckham Place but found nothing.
Thursday, Feb. 15
Taylor E. Hill, 35, of 5 Siegel St., Apt. #1, Bristol, was arrested following a disturbance on Siegel Street at 1:08 a.m. They were charged with domestic violence (vandalism, 3rd+ offense), domestic violence (disorderly conduct, first offense), and obstructing an officer in execution of their duty. They were later transported to Sixth District Court.
A person using a vape at Nest Bar & Grill on State Street caused a fire alarm and response from fire volunteers at 11:43 p.m.
Friday, Feb. 16
A Griswold Avenue resident requested to speak with police about a possible contractor scam at 7:04 a.m.
Police received a report at 9:04 a.m. from a High Street resident that they believed someone had attempted to gain entry into the building the prior evening.
A State Street resident reported an incident of possible identity theft at 10:41 a.m.
A vandalism report was logged on Metacom Avenue at 11:08 a.m.
A Baker Street resident reported at 1:45 p.m. that they suspected someone tried to break into their vehicle over the prior evening.
Fire volunteers responded to a fire on Cliff Drive at 5:02 p.m. It was reported to be under control and the residence was turned back over to the property owner.
A High Street resident called police at 11:20 p.m. and reported that someone had waved a weapon of some kind outside of their window. Police reported it was a BB gun.
Saturday, Feb. 17
Identity theft was reported on Pearse Avenue at 12:54 p.m.
The animal control office responded to Rock Street at 7:58 p.m. following a call stating someone had found an injured hawk. It was reported to be sent to a rehabilitation facility.
Police advised a large gathering of people on High Street of a noise complaint at 11:57 p.m.
Sunday, Feb. 18
Check fraud was reported on Paddock Lane at 12:40 p.m.
A report of another unspecified scam was brought to police at headquarters at 1:12 p.m.
Monday, Feb. 19
Police dispersed a vehicle from Colt State Park at 2:02 a.m.
