The Rhode Island Philharmonic will headline a “250th Finale Last Night” performance on stage at Independence Park in Bristol this weekend. Singer Michael Dimucci performs from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. and the philharmonic takes the stage at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 5.

A 20-minute  foreworks display, coinciding with the William Tell Overture, will begin at about 8:20 p.m.

Attendees are invited to bring chairs and blankets to the park alongside Bristol Harbor. The evening is presented by the Taco White Foundation and the Town of Bristol.
