Fourth at Pierce 'fires' on July 3
Annual East Providence fireworks display set for Monday
The annual East Providence Independence Day Celebration, conducted by the Recreation Department, takes place Monday July 3, at Pierce Memorial Stadium on Mercer Street. Gates open at 6 p.m.
A free concert featuring "The Reminders" and "Kate & the Mongrels" precedes the fireworks display scheduled for approximately 9:30 p.m.
There will be food and beverage concessions. No pets, coolers or backpacks are allowed at the venue.
