Youngster stabbed during fight at Central Avenue Park
Male suffers minor wound to leg
EAST PROVIDENCE — A fight between youngsters at the Central Avenue Park Friday evening, May 31, left one male with a minor leg wound after he was stabbed.
The child, reportedly 12 years old, was taken to hospital for treatment for what was deemed by city public safety officials as non-life threatening injuries.
An investigation is ongoing. No arrests were reported.
