Eagles honor four senior members of the team

Posted

The Barrington High School girls tennis team held its senior day celebration on Friday, Oct. 23.

The ceremony was scheduled to precede a match against Moses Brown, but that game was postponed until Wednesday, Oct. 28.

The four senior members of the team each brought a flower to their parents and then posed for a photograph. Players and parents were able to remove their face coverings for the photos.

"It certainly was not a normal celebration but I am glad we could recognize our four seniors along with their parents on a beautiful Friday afternoon," said Barrington High School Coach Betsy Brenner. "It was a simple but meaningful celebration for the girls."

The senior members of the BHS girls tennis team are Caroline Maher, Alison Kostas, Meghan McDermott and Leila Beers.
