Nayatt Point home features seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms

A home originally built by Barrington native and professional golfer Brad Faxon sold recently for $4,578,500.

Located on Nayatt Point, the home sits on nearly four acres of waterfront property, looking out over Narragansett Bay to the south. According to data available from Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, this was the highest sale in Barrington since 2014. 

The chateau-style home offers more than 12,000 square feet and features seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms and two half-bathrooms. There is also a tennis court on the property.

Ray Mott, broker/co-owner of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, represented the buyer. Tracy LeRoux of Link Real Estate represented the seller.
