The Hampden Meadows School Tough Tiger adventure race will step off this Sunday, May 21.
The race will feature two routes and plenty of fun obstacles. There is a 1.5-mile course that starts at Hampden Meadows School, travels through the surrounding neighborhood and nearby Sowams School, and finishes back at HMS. There will also be a second route that is more accessible to all. Both routes will be clearly marked.
The registration tables open at 10:15 a.m. on Sunday and the first wave of runners goes off at 12:30 p.m. A new wave of runners will step off every 10 minutes until 2:30 p.m. A sensory friendly race will start at 12:10 p.m.
The first 1,000 registrants will receive a Tough Tiger t-shirt.
There will be raffles and plenty of other activities taking place on the school grounds on race day. For more information or to register, visit adventuresignup.com/Race/RI/Barrington/ToughTiger
