Deep Meadow Road home sells for $1.65 million

The sale of a five-bedroom home on Deep Meadow Road has eclipsed all other home sale prices in one Barrington neighborhood this year. 

According to statewide MLS data, the $1.65 million sale of 4 Deep Meadow Road is the highest sale in the Hampden Meadows neighborhood in Barrington this year. Residential Properties Ltd. announced the record sale in a press release last week. 

The home features five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It also has a saltwater swimming pool and a large patio area. The house also includes a three-car garage, a large mudroom and smart-house technology integration that controls lights, speakers, sprinklers and pool pumps.
