Letter: Thanks for a great Night Out
To the editor:
I would like to thank the Town of Bristol for brainstorming and organizing the delightful event, Community Night Out, on the Town Common on Wednesday, Aug. 17. It was an amazing turnout with music, a dunk tank, and fun events and competitions for the local kids.
The evening was a chance for all to casually interact with our Police, Firemen, Harbor Patrol and Town council members. Fire Trucks and a Harbor Patrol Boat boat were right there on site for the kids (and adults) to climb into! In these tense times, this was a great way for all to relax and just have fun in our wonderful town. Looking forward to next year!
